Strep Strep and a Ring Worm

Well Between the two girls--Campbell has had strep twice since Saturday, the 29th--(diagnosed again on Monday) and Chloe has a ring worm--we are quite consumed with illness and it is sooooo not fun!

Chloe is 5!

It is hard to realize that Chloe has turned 5! She is turning into such a beautiful and smart little lady--We kept the birthday very low key this year--We had Thanksgiving at our house and after lunch we did a family cupcake celebration and then on Friday she and her two best friends went to see Disney on Ice--Here are a few pictures!

Wild HAIR!!!

Campbell is so funny and has the best little personality--however, very very mischievous. Here is a picture of her after we removed her pony tails this weekend! Talk about WILD HAIR!

TCC--The BEST! YES!!

Chloe had her first Cheer Competition this past weekend--It was a fun experience for all and Chloe did great! Here are a few shots--AND---Her Mimi came to town for this very reason--Thanks MOM!! We love you!

"Trick or TREAT--IT's Santa!"

Chloe and Campbell had such a great time Trick-or-Treating--they were tired after two blocks (chip and were happy about that)--We made it across our neighborhood to my friend Lindsey's house--(she hands out the FULL size candy bars ;)) While we were there two teenage boys stopped by and were dressed in College Jersey's and Santa Clause Hats--Well this excited Campbell--she literally chased after the two SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS--Mommy Daddy-Chloe is is Santa Clause--She chased them all the way to the neighbors door. It was so funny--and she was sooo excited!

We were blessed to have my grandparents come down for a visit last weekend--we had the final soccer game and party and the daycare Halloween Party--Not sure why but Chloe was a very un-happy cat--we will see how trick or treating goes tonight.

Cooper Brock Weller

Well it has been a while since I posted--and the most exciting thing is--I am an Aunt again--This time it is on the Lowe side--

Cooper Brock Weller was born at 2:30 on October 21st--I just could not take the chance of missing the birth of my nephew--so I drove to Amarillo and back to Fort Worth as soon as he was born--He is just beautiful--Mom and Bryn are helping me by sending photos--here are few--enjoy!

A Virus--Really?

Campbell was sick for three days--what started out as having "temperature from 2 year molars" turned into a horrible virus--After three days of 103+ temperature--a flu test-a strep test-a urinalysis-and a chest x-ray they determined it is just a virus- and it would run it's course--Now lets just cross our fingers that the rest of us stay well!

Chloe had a make-up soccer game--here are a few pics of her new friends! We have a really good group this year and some we hope to begin a great friendship with!

Chloe is having a great season already--she scored 1 goal the first game and 4 the second--we will see what Saturday brings--so much fun! I have also put up some new pics from the farm last weekend.

She likes to bite

Chloe was always getting bit in daycare about two years ago--at first I understood but after she was bit several times and brought blood I started to get upset and swear to never have a biter--well Miss Campbell has a mind of her own and has bit the last week including Chloe yesterday morning-and her teacher yesterday afternoon--I am so upset--we told her today if she bites again we will take her blanket away--wish us luck-

She also has been called Campbell Soup for the longest time--yesterday her teacher said--we had no idea her name is
"Campbell Lynn Sue Cox"--we just have lynn down--do you mind changing her paper work--LOL I had to explain she is saying SOUP!!

Just being sisters

It amazes me every day the friendship and love between Chloe and Campbell--How they can help each other and play so well and then 5 minutes later--there is a fight--I am just blessed that they do get along most of the time--Here are two pictures that show exactly what I mean--Enjoy!

Mommy--Who showed you how to drive.

As many of you know--our garage is in the back of our house--so when you leave--you back up and around to leave going forward down the drive-way--Well that poses a few challenges for me being I am not the best at backing up--

On the way to school this morning-I had to pull up a few times and then re-back up--Chloe said

UGHHH--at this rate Campbell and I will never make it to school--who showed you how to drive.

Chip said--he agrees with her--LOL

My Daddy Rocks

Chloe and I went to Sunday School and then Chip and Campbell came to church--much to my surprise Campbell asked Chip to fix her hair--he did-- IN PIG TAILS! --and I am not sure who was prouder--Campbell or Chip----

Why did God.....

The Girls are in Gruver and having a great time with MiMi and Grand-dad-

Chloe has a habit of making this horrible whining sound when she is tired and upset--This weekend she was in the back seat making that horrible noise--and I told her for the 100th time to PLEASE do not make that sound--She proceeded to say

"Why did God give me a mouth if you do not want me to make that sound"---She is a mess--the years I have to look forward to.

Dad has taught Campbell to say Grand-dad is #1 Campbell is #1 MiMi stinks and Daddy is a weenie--it is so funny--that is until she calls someone at her school a weenie or tells them they stink--THANKS DAD!! :)

Mimi and Nana

Both of my girls love their Mimi and their Nana--Nancy (Nana) came over last night late in the evening---of course it just made the girls day that much better--but during that time--Chloe being the great big sister she is decided to run and get Campbell some pajamas--(REMEMBER SHE IS SO MY CHILD!) She slipped and fell--knocking the crosses off my wall--creating a goose egg on her head and on her arm and a nasty bruise--sorry the cell phone picture does not give it justice--THANK GOODNESS NANA was there--of course--she was so willing to let NANA touch and press and feel it--I am just thankful that she did not break it!! That would be a mess!

Mimi is coming into town tonight--my girls literally cry for her once a day--they have no idea she is coming--I can not wait to see their faces light up!! We will have a great weekend!

Good Fun with Good Friends

We are so blessed to be here in Fort Worth--and I am blessed that Chip has such good friends that have now become my friends. Last weekend we went up to Colonial with Brad and Jill Schneider and their two adorable kids Mia and Sawyer--The Kids Swam and had such a good time--while we just set back and watched them play--here are a few images!

Nap Time--Oh Nap Time

It has always been an issue getting Chloe to take a nap at daycare; however, we have always been lucky that Campbell goes right to sleep. NOT TODAY--Daycare called and said Miss Campbell was doing head stands and rolls on her cot and would not sleep--Chip and I both tried to talk to her and ask her to please take a nap or lay down and not move--that did not work--What finally did is they told her if not--she would have to go get in a baby bed--she never moved again. LOL!

Chloe is always asking when her birthday is coming--she is 100% positive it is always 3 days away--so I always have to give her a more detailed time line that includes future activites so she has an idea--this week we went through the discussion again--and it brought up the fact that Aunt Bryn will have her baby before Chloe turns 5. Chloe asked me then who will keep the baby while Aunt Bryn is at work--We talked about how Bubbles and Mimi will keep the baby. She was glad-Bubbles is good with babies she said--but she had a little question --was I for sure that Mimi would be keeping him on some days? -in the end she said--

Well--LUCKY HIM!!

Live in Fort Worth
